At Talent Forte, our management team have over 40 years of combined experience within the temporary, contract and permanent recruitment market. Our mission is to provide a first-class, honest and consultative recruitment service.

The Story So Far

Talent Forte was founded in 2017 by Founding Partners Sunny & Rachel Bakshi. Before setting up this business, Sunny established himself as a highly successful Business Development Manager within one of the UK’s leading temporary recruitment consultancies. Starting as a Graduate and working up to Director, Sunny along with Rachel decided to set up their own consultancy based on their belief that the heart of a successful recruitment consultancy stems from looking after your own staff and enabling your staff to feel part of the business. In turn, our staff will then provide the customer experience our clients and candidates expect.

Further growth and success enabled Talent Forte to appoint Damian Coull as Managing Director in spring 2019. Damian joined the business with 16 years recruitment experience gained across 2 leading recruitment consultancies, and he also spent more than a decade of that time working with Sunny and Rachel, and his vision is aligned with that of Sunny and Rachel for the future of Talent Forte.

Talent Forte currently has offices based in the Thames Valley, and as we are experiencing rapid growth in all our markets, we are expecting further expansion soon.
