Global Insights & Analytics Senior Manager, Brand Insights Centre of Excellence – Remotely based, 6 month contract (starting in May)


You will lead a number of key workstreams as we look to build, scale and deploy our Brand & Comms I&A CoE roadmap. We are looking to deliver a transformation in how the business develops and activates purpose led brand strategy – putting insight at the heart, to drive a consumer centric philosophy and way of working.


  • Being an agent of change for driving CoE led thinking through the organization through demonstrating passion and commitment to the equity and comms I&A agenda
  • Operate as a thought and hands-on leader, with the ability to evangelise the strategic use of brand equity and comms insights for superior consumer-centric decisions
  • Own and implement the brand equity insight capability roadmap, including strategic brief, vision and roadmap
  • Define, align and own the comms insight capability roadmap, including strategic brief, vision and roadmap
  • Challenge and provoke existing WoW; to not just use insight to track equity and test finished comms but also to leverage insight earlier to fuel/shape/drive brand strategy and the creative development process
  • Stay abreast of industry and supplier evolutions; ensuring our CoE capability embraces best practice and future proofed solutions
  • Drive an outward looking vs inward looking culture change – championing opportunities to take inspiration from outside of our immediate competitor set when developing brand strategies and activations


  • Ability to hit the ground running, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Development of strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets
  • Ability to quickly shape the needs, identify the right solutions and make clear recommendations
  • Ability to influence at every level; from CMO’s through to brand managers


  • Strong understanding of the latest insights’ tools within a brand & comms context (particularly around brand equity and comms testing)
  • Experience in developing/ deploying new insight capabilities at scale and pace across multiple geographies and product/category areas
  • Proven success in identifying and embedding insights, particularly within marketing and brand teams
  • Excellent project management and written and oral communications skills
  • 10 years + experience, preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience client-side (brand led companies) or in a brand & comms research agency, preferably working on an FMCG product or brand
  • Strong analytical skills


  • Degree in business/marketing/management/quantitative field or research-related discipline
  • Proven ability to effectively work across multiple teams and functions
  • Proven track record as a top performer within a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and scale innovative insight programmes
  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective change management leader within a matrix-led organisation
  • Ability to communicate the key design aspects and expected business impact/benefits of insight programmes to non-insight stakeholders in written and verbal form, including experience and level of comfort presenting concepts to senior executives
  • Proven leadership skills including initiative, communication, creativity, bias towards action, and success even in the face of ambiguity
