Strategy Senior Manager
I am very excited to bring to market a Senior Manager Go to Market Strategy for a FTSE 25 Consumer Goods company.
Role: Reports to the Global Director of GTM Strategy Location: Headquarters situated in Berkshire.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
As a Senior Manager in this role, your primary responsibilities encompass:
- Strategic Development: Formulating strategies by constructing hypotheses, synthesising findings, and delivering compelling presentations for senior management.
- Analytical Leadership: Taking charge of planning and executing analyses with the assistance of a Senior Analyst. This involves deriving organisational and commercial recommendations based on Return on Investment (ROI) models sourced from diverse data outlets. The approach follows the company’s established Go-To-Market methodology.
- Change Implementation: Executing change through the development of clear implementation plans and meticulous follow-up on agreed market action plans.
- Project Team Leadership: Guiding and coaching the local project team throughout various projects.
- Organisational Structure and Work Plans: Assisting in the creation of efficient Go-To-Market strategies for Field Sales, Key Account, and Trade Marketing organisations through the development of organisational structures and work plans.
- Analytical Support Management: Managing and providing guidance to analytical support from both internal and external analysts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
We are actively seeking accomplished professionals with the following qualifications and experience:
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Strategy Consulting with part or all the experience coming from a top tier strategy firm.
- Ideally Consumer Goods or similar sector experience.
- Educational Background: MBA qualification is preferred.
International travel will be necessary when permitted, estimated at 10-20% overall.
