This is a high-impact contract opportunity within a fast-moving consumer goods business operating across UK&I and international markets.
You will act as the key business support lead for Siebel / Accelerate CRM, working closely with Sales, Finance, RGM and commercial teams to support promotions, pricing processes, commercial data quality and day-to-day CRM usage across the organisation.
This is not a technical development role. The focus is on supporting commercial teams, improving CRM usage, maintaining process discipline and helping users correctly manage promotions, discounts and customer data within the system.
The environment is lean, fast-paced and highly hands-on. You will need to be comfortable operating with autonomy, managing multiple priorities and supporting users directly across the business.
The opportunity
This role sits at the centre of sales operations, CRM support and commercial process execution within a complex FMCG environment.
You will help:
– Support and troubleshoot day-to-day Siebel CRM usage
– Improve CRM adoption and process consistency
– Support promotions and pricing workflows
– Improve commercial data quality and reporting accuracy
– Train and support sales users across the business
– Work closely with Sales, Finance, RGM and IT teams
You will also support the transition of CRM ownership from an external support structure into the internal business environment.
What you will be doing
– Acting as the main business support contact for Siebel / Accelerate CRM
– Supporting sales teams with promotions, pricing and discount processes
– Troubleshooting CRM issues and supporting day-to-day user queries
– Supporting setup and management of promotions within the system
– Helping ensure commercial data is accurate and maintained correctly
– Delivering user training and onboarding support
– Working closely with Sales, Finance, RGM and IT stakeholders
– Supporting reporting, forecasting and commercial process consistency
– Identifying process gaps, data issues and user workarounds
– Supporting knowledge transfer activities and continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
Required:
– Experience using or supporting Siebel CRM / Accelerate within FMCG, consumer goods or grocery-led commercial environments
– Experience supporting sales operations, promotions or commercial processes
– Understanding of pricing, promotions, discounts or trade spend processes
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
– Hands-on, operational and solutions-focused approach
– Comfortable supporting users directly in a fast-paced business environment
– Strong attention to detail and commercial data discipline
Desirable:
– Revenue Growth Management or trade promotions experience
– Experience supporting field-sales organisations
– Exposure to UK grocery or retail customer environments
– Experience working within lean or fast-growth businesses
This is a 12-month inside IR35 contract operating on a day-rate basis through agency payroll.
