- Acting as the primary contact for the external design agency throughout report production.
- Organising and supporting Steering Committee and Editorial Board meetings.
- Liaising with external auditors during the reporting process.
- Managing review and sign-off processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinating print production, distribution and online publication of the Annual Report.
- Identifying risks to delivery and proactively keeping the programme on track.

- High levels of attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight reporting deadlines.
Desirable:
- Previous experience supporting a Deputy or Group Company Secretary.
- Experience within a large multinational or FTSE-listed organisation.
- Exposure to online annual report publication and print production.
- Knowledge of corporate reporting and governance processes.
